The pole is made of non-conductive glass-fibre, of 1.8m. closed length - 7.8m. fully extended. Maximum skyward reach with Litter Plier is 9.0m.
Cord Attachment: One end of the yellow 8.0m. cord is passed through the pole-mounted half of the Litter-plier handle then looped through the moving half before being tied back to the pole mounted half of the handle Actuation: Pulling on the cord causes the plier to close, rotating the pole clockwise creates bag-wrap. Back-off with pole to pull clear of tree.
Close pole down to handling height for litter disengagement.
The normally-closed, cord-pull-to-open, Litter-Plier: BLP1NC-5A.GT is for use when object needs to be gripped while retrieved. Sky Plier 2 pole is noticeably lighter and has greater reach than Sky 1 and could be topped with a Pruner-head or Saw but as neither tested at present if such required best select: SKY PlIER-1
