Warranty: The standard warranty for Street Cleansing use is 6-months with an anticipated life expectancy of 12 months. A 6-monthly service of the handle pivot and gripper replacement should be allowed for if tool performance is to be maintained. For more part time use life expectancy is far more open ended but warranty limit would be 2-years. In both cases the warranty is deemed to commence on delivery.
“UK made” exceptions are: extension handle carry bags, telescopic poles, saw and pruner heads.
Components have been exported for assembly by distributors in France, New Zealand and Australia.
